CGF series bottled water filling machine line is used to filling mineral water or purified water into PET bottle from 200ml-2000ml.Different models can satisfy various requirement of output from 2000BPH to 36000BPH.The machine combines washing,filling and capping three function in a body, the whole process is automatic, suitable for PET bottle, plastic bottle filling mineral water and pure water.Filling way using the gravity or micro pressure filling, make the speed is faster and more stable, so with the same model our machine output is higher and more efficient.The machine adopts advanced Mitsubishi programmable controller (PLC) to control the machine to run automatically, interworking with inverter running more stable and reliable.The photoelectric sensor detect all part running state, with high degree of automation, easy operation.

Air Conveyor System

Air Conveyor is mainly used in the automatic filling production line of PET bottle beverage or water. It is the intermediate transportation of connecting blowing machine, unstacking machine, bottle storage conveying table and filling machine.

Washing Part

1.The jar holder and bracket are made of SUS304 precision cast stainless steel 2. The rotation of the clamp is controlled by a conversion device arranged at the nozzle under the bottle mouth

Filling Part

1.The filling valve is made of SUS304, with guide ring to avoid friction 2.No bottle machine automatically stops filling

Filled Bottle Conveyor System

Conveying path support on the ground by tripod, driving motor adopt frequency control, it connects with rinser filling and capping 3 in 1 machine and keeps pace with it. the filled bottles are conveyed by the conveyor system. Driving system is running by a main motor that adopts gear drive mode.

Main Features

Using the wind sent access and move wheel in the bottle directly connected technology; canceled screw and conveyor chains, this enable the change the bottle-shaped become easier.

Automatic Bottle Blowing Machine

Dryer

Using high pressure air ventilation, so that high-speed air flow ejected from a slit, the remaining drops of water bottles as much as possible the body blow it away. Inclination of the slit so that the entire side of the bottle can be high-speed air-blown.
The bottle dryer consists of the high pressure air fan, pressure tank, inflatable tube, rack, control devices, and other components.

Sleeve Labeling Machine

The machinery part adopts combination designing of modularization, and makes the machine reasonable. The height adjustment adopts motor fluctuating; it is convenient to replace the material. The special cutter head designing, make the film-rolling cut more exactly and reliably.

Shrink Packing Machine

The machine is suitable for wrapping of such products as pop top, mineral water , bottles. beer, drinks etc. Working with PE film shrink tunnel to pack the goods perfectly , the whole production process adopts the Germany advanced technics, and the main parts are imported from international famous companies. It consists of seven actuating motor, through cooperation with 7 actuating motor to form the product packed with plastic film and several bottles as a group out from the hot shrinking packing machine.
