The establishment and maintenance of the aseptic environment inside the beverage machinery , the aseptic water rinsing, aseptic material filling and capping equipment is equipped with a 100-level air purification system, and different positive air pressures are set according to the cleanliness requirements of different areas. That is, the air pressure in areas with high cleanliness requirements is greater than that in areas with low cleanliness requirements, so that potentially contaminated air will not enter the aseptic space with high cleanliness requirements.

Aseptic treatment of packaging: The current sterilization methods used for aseptic filling of bottles include: spray method, spray method and perfusion method. Because it is difficult for domestic manufacturers to control the initial contamination degree of the bottle to a lower index, the filling method with higher sterilization reliability is used to sterilize the inside of the bottle, and the outside of the bottle is rinsed and sterilized by spraying. There is sufficient leeway in the retention time to ensure that the commercial sterilization requirements are met.

The cap sterilization methods currently used for aseptic filling include: jetting, spraying and ultraviolet irradiation. The lid is sterilized by the disinfectant spray method with high sterilization reliability, and there is sufficient leeway in the sterilization retention time.

Aseptic treatment of materials and material passages: The materials used for filling are sterilized by ultra-high temperature automatic instantaneous sterilization (UHT) equipment. This method can effectively sterilize the materials, and can reduce the heating of the materials for a long time. The flavor of the product changes, which is the most versatile and effective material sterilization method at present, and the sterilization effect can ensure that it can meet the commercial aseptic requirements.
