Canceled screw and conveyor chains which enabling change bottle with different shapes easier. 
Bottles transmission adopt clip bottleneck technology, bottle-shaped transform not need to adjust the equipment level, only need to change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts. 

The specially designed bottle washing machine gripper is solid and durable, no touch with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.

After overturn, the empty cans come into washer. And then through spurt and rinse of the hot water pipe, The cans turns 0.5 meters, the machine spray and sterilize to the inner and outer surface of cans during the can turn. After rinse finish, the cans roll in the conveyor chain.

Liquid Level Detector
