This year PET Technologies launches an innovative PET stretch blow molding machine APF-Max with the output up to 14000 bph, or 1750 bph from 1 cavity, to produce up to 3 lt bottles.

This model is universal and easy to handle due to several basic features.
 
Its output can vary between 6000 and 14000 bph whereas the bottle capacity starts from 200 ml and increases up to 3000 ml.
 
In other words, there are 4-, 6-and 8-cavity modifications. Thus 4 and 6-cavity option that permits to blow mold up to 3 lt PET bottles. The blower is equipped with blow molds quick-change system.
 
Another feature to stand for APF-Max flexibility is a wide variety of preform neck types, which could be easily changed over. PET bottles with the neck diameter between 18 mm and 48 mm can be produced at the same machine. This universal model also has Hot Fill option. It is extremely important for customers who manufacture a wide range of PET containers volumes and shapes.
 
The all-electric blow molding machine is equipped with the special short-wave near infrared heating system (NIR heating system). This innovative method is not widely used on the PET blow molding market, but gives plenty of opportunities. Preform is being heated more efficient with less kilowatts being used, and heater itself is significantly shorter. As the result blow molder has higher output and more compact dimensions.
